FROM POINTS NORTH
Take I-87 south to I-90 east (Albany Exit 24). Proceed on I-90 east to Exit 6 (Loudonville/Arbor Hill). Bear left for Loudonville. Proceed to sign for Northern Boulevard and (far right lane). At the traffic light, turn left (Northern Boulevard) and proceed through 2 traffic lights (through Shaker Road intersection). Julie Blair Nursing And Rehabilitation Center is the third building on the right. Please use main entrance, driveway to main parking lot.
FROM POINTS SOUTH
Take I-87 north to I-787 (Albany Exit 23). Proceed straight through the toll interchange to I-787 north towards Troy. Exit at I-90 intersection (Buffalo/Boston). Follow signs to I-90 west (Buffalo). Exit right to Exit 6 (Loudonville/Arbor Hill) and follow the above directions to Northern Boulevard.
FROM POINTS EAST
Take the Massachusettes Turnpike to the Berkshire Extension and continue to Exit B-1 (Albany/I-90 west). Follow I-90 to Exit 6 (Loudonville/Arbor Hill) and follow the above directions to Northern Boulevard.
FROM POINTS WEST
Take I-90 east to Exit 24 (Albany). Proceed on I-90 east to Exit 6 (Loudonville/Arbor Hill) and follow the above directions to Northern Boulevard.
